Documentation in Scrum
What all documentation can be done as part of Scrum? Like Design documentation, Requirement design documents..
We must have a some guidance from Scrum Guide on this.

You should do no more documentation than required. Either required by the customer or to ensure the flow of the process. Producing any more than that is waste. Since what's required is team specific, I don't think the guide will be able to give guidance on that

Every teams does it differently. Some teams may consider their tests as their executable documentation.

I agree with Robert. Every team and/or company will decide how much and what kind of documentation is enough. For some teams it might just be a drawing on a cocktail napkin. For others it might be something that seems rather waterfall-ish to the rest of us.

You should do all the documentation necessary. Why add it to the guide?
