describe how line management should support the Scrum implementation
Mostly all Scrum implementations will fail, if management doesn't support them.
So what is the role of management in Scrum?
- Management is responsible to create the right (what's that again) environment so that people can self manage, to sponsor the Scrum team

Florian, do you mean to say "managers"?
